Hello, and welcome to my personal website. My purpose in creating this website is simply to setup a space--a sort of scrapbook--in which I can post a few of my selected writings. These selections fall into several categories indicated by the tabs labeled "Essays," "Short Stories," and "Poems," which you can access via the navigation links at the top of the page.
Most of the posted writings have been published in one form or another, ranging from local newsletters to nationally circulated magazines and journals. I make no pretense of being a "recognized" author nor a skilled philosopher or poet. However, I offer these musings as an observer and participant in the great adventure of life which I have been intimately involved with for the past nearly seventy-five years.
Although this site is not a "blog," I'll be happy to accept serious feedback by e-mail. If you just want to rant at me, tell me how stupid I am, or let me know that Jesus loves me anyway, if it makes you feel better, go for it. I can hit the "delete" button at nearly warp speed. If, however, you have a serious criticism and/or comment, I will promptly or eventually--depending on how busy I am trying to stop the war, restore our former democracy, or trying to oppose some absurd irrationality--get back to you.
